Biography
Prof. Utschick (1964) conducts research on the boundary of signal processing and applied information theory. The focus is on information transmission in wireless communication networks. In particular the investigation and overcoming of interference phenomena using multi-antenna techniques and the distribution of resources in communication networks on the basis of mathematical optimization form application-oriented focuses. Further research activities are devoted to estimation theory and signal tracking.
