Biography
Laura Kernodle joined OrthoWorx initially in 2015 as a consultant working on the Value Chain Process Model Intern Project and transitioned to the OrthoWorx team in 2016 as the Program Manager of Experiential Learning Initiatives. Laura has a degree in Industrial Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and brings 18 years of experience from the automotive industry in a variety of roles. Laura also has provided IE consultant work to organizations in both a manufacturing and leadership capacity since leaving the automotive industry. Her educational experience as a co-op student has fueled her passion to help connect students to potential employers and work opportunities and serves as the foundation for her work with OrthoWorx’s university partners.
