Biography

Christian Greiser is the global leader of the Operations practice and a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at The Boston Consulting Group. He is also a member of the firm’s Europe leadership team and of the Regional Advisory Committee of Platinion, a BCG IT subsidiary. Since joining BCG in 2001, Christian has advised clients in Europe, Asia, and the Americas across a number of industries, including steel, engineering, automotive, chemicals, energy, and consumer goods. He has acquired deep expertise in profit improvement and the transformation of large operations. His focus is on generating value for clients by helping to create competitive advantage through world-class operations. Before joining BCG, Christian worked as a project director at the turbomachinery division of Mannesmann Demag (now part of Siemens). Christian is an integral part of BCG’s Operations Center in Düsseldorf, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
