Biography
Emilia Amrou graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Life Science at the University of Konstanz, Germany. After having spent one year of ERASMUS studies in biology at Université Grenoble Alps, France, she continued her studies in Konstanz and graduated in 2017 (Master of Science in Life Science). For her Master’s thesis at the Biotechnology Institute Thurgau, Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, under the supervision of Prof. Marcus Groettrup, she investigated the infection-associated ubiquitin-like modifier HLA-F adjacent transcript 10 (FAT10). In October 2017 Emilia joined Prof. Sparwassers group at Twincore for her doctoral thesis on the identification of novel natural compounds as modulators of Dendritic cell activation.
