Biography
Joe joined UBC in 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of business development, including sales, contracting, and strategic growth initiatives. He is a subject matter expert in the development, enhancement, and integration of services related to risk management and pharmacovigilance, clinical and periapproval studies, and nursing and adherence. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, he uses his broad expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmaceutical and biotechnology programs from late stage product development through approval, launch, and ultimately, long-term lifecycle management opportunities. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and uses his experience and knowledge in matching technology solutions to business needs of manufacturers and coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams to strengthen client relationships.
