Biography
Ms Prof. Dr. Since October 2009, Maike Andresen is the owner of the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. Since October 2015, she has also been working as vice president for research and young academics at the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
Research Interest
Her research interests lie in the area of ​​behavioral human resources and management research. In particular, it is concerned with strategic and international aspects of personnel management, B. Global mobility, careers and personnel development as well as working time flexibility.
