My area of ​​research is the regulation of bacterial transcription by so-called Nus factors, with my focus on elongation, termination and antitermination. By means of NMR spectroscopy, X-ray structure analysis and other biophysical and biochemical methods, I try to gain insights into the structural basis of these processes.
