Biography
Holger M. Meding is a research assistant to the Iberian and Latin American Department of the Historical Seminar of the University of Cologne, Head of the Central Europe Department of the Argentinean Government's Investigation Commission for the Enlightenment of National Socialist Activities in Argentina CEANA in 1997-1999 and was appaointed as a professor in january 2009 since 2014 he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Historical Institute (Research and Teaching).
