Biography
Louisa Specht is a Chair holder for European and International information and data Law at the University of Passau. She Studied Law at the University of Bremen, Doctoral Thesis at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freigburg on the topic " Consequences of the econominization of informational self-determination- The Civil-law registration of data trade". she was awarded with the Science Prize of the German Foundation for Law and Computer science. He worked as Junior professor for Civil, intellectual property and copy right law at the University of Cologne.
