Biography
Prof. Rainer wernsmann is Vice-President of the University of Passau. He complete his PhD thesis :" The unlawful tax law-Legal consequences and legal protection". in2003 he was awarded with venia legendi for public law , tax law and European law. He worked as professor at the University of munster, Chair of Public law and tax law and later as Prodekan and Dean of faculty of law, University of Passau.
Research Interest
Unlawful tax law, Behavioural control in a rational control system, equality laws, tax descrimination and justification, parliments participation rights in the sale of public assets, Finance and tax law.
