Biography
Prof. Dr. Sebastian martens is Chair of Civil Law, Roman law, European private law and european Legal history at the university of Passau. He studied Law at the University of Konstanz and masrters degree at the university of Oxford. He worked as research assistant at Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International private, Hmburg. He completed Doctoral thesis on the subject of "Third Party wills" at the University of Regensburg; from 2006-2008 Legal referees at the Hanseatic court of Hamburg.
