Biography
Thomas Riehm is chair of German and european Private Law, Civil Procedure Law since oct. 2013. He studied law at LMU Munich and assigned as research assistant at the institute of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law of the LMU Munich. He completed his Doctoral thesis:"Appeals for the Appraisal of Practical application: Argumentation- Evidence- Assignment". He got DFG Scholarship for the habilitation thesis"the Principal of Natural Filling".he als worke as Chair position at the University of Augsburg.
