Biography
Dr. Sebastian Eppner studied Political Science, Economics and Public Law (Magister Artium) at the University of Potsdam and Scholarship holder of the doctorate "Institutions and Policies: Patterns of Reciprocity (IPPR)" at the University of Potsdam. From 2011 - 2013 Research Assistant at the Chair Comparative Political Science (University of Potsdam) and Since 2014, the DFG project "Democratic Majority Coordination between Stability and Flexibility".
