Biography
Alexandra Cetto, born in 1988 in Munich, studied from 2008 to 2012 Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics at the University of Passau and the California State University Fresno, USA, with a focus on management and marketing. She then completed her master's degree in the Honors Master's degree program in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg and the Audencia Business School in Nantes, France, with a focus on management and leadership, finance and marketing. In 2012, she participated in an "Honors" seminar in the development and publication of an application about data security in social networks. She wrote her master's thesis on "Why do people use customer self-service technologies - an empirical analysis", in which she investigated in cooperation with IKEA, which motives customers use self-service technologies (such as self-payers). Since April 2015, Alexandra Cetto works as a research assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics - Quality Management and Quality Assurance at the University of Regensburg.
