Biography
Andriana Zlatanova graduated with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Business Administration from the “Honors†degree program at the University of Regensburg. Her majors included Management and Leadership, Product and Value Chain Management as well as Finance. During her studies she gained valuable experience in production management, sales and private equity at BMW in Munich, E.ON Bayern Vertrieb in Regensburg and Altira AG in Frankfurt. She joined the international consulting firm McKinsey & Co. as a consultant in 2013. She consults clients in strategy, sales and transformation projects, primarily in the energy, transportation and financial sector. Andriana Zlatanova is a PhD candidate and has been working as a teaching assistant at the Department of Innovation and Technology Management at the University of Regensburg since 2015. In her research she is focusing on the topics Industrie 4.0/ Smart manufacturing as well as digital business model innovations.
