Biography
Christian studied Management Information Systems within the elite graduate program "Honors in Business, Economics, and Information Systems" at the University of Regensburg and at the Kingston University London in England. His major fields of study were Financial Computing and Information Security in his bachelor degree course and IT Security in his master degree course. Since July 2014, Christian is a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems. In the context of the Bavarian research alliance FORSEC ("Security in highly connected IT systems"), he is concerned with the sub-project "Next Generation Online Trust".
Research Interest
Motivated by his involvement in the sub-project "Next Generation Online Trust" in the context of the Bavarian research alliance FORSEC Christian's research revolves around recommender systems, reputation systems, trust management, personalization, and e-commerce. His dissertation is entitled "User-Centered Enhancement of Recommender Systems".
