Biography
Dr. Sabine Klinger is Senior Researcher at the Institute for Employment Research, the research institution of the Federal Employment Agency in Nuremberg. Her research focuses on the empirical macroeconomic labor market analysis: Using state-of-the-art time-series econometric methods, knowledge about labor market developments in the course of the economy and the impact of labor market reforms on cyclical patterns and structural developments are extracted on the basis of search and matching theory. On these subjects Dr. med. Klinger at the University of Regensburg. As a lecturer at the Institute of Economics and Econometrics, she offers courses in Quantitative Economic Research as part of the Bachelor's and Master's degree program in Economics. The focus is clearly on applied time series econometrics.
