Biography
Ludwig Englbrecht studied Management Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) at the University of Regensburg and at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. His major fields of study were Financial Computing and Information Security in his bachelor degree course and Information Security in his master degree course. As part of his master studies he accomplished an internship within a research project in collaboration of Computer Science and the Energy Management at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. During his entire studies, he was a scholarship holder of the Foundation of German Business (Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft). Since October 2017, Ludwig Englbrecht is a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems I (Prof. Dr. Pernul). His research topics are new approaches for IT-Forensics (Digital Forensics).
