Biography
Heike Wörner (M.Sc.) studied International Business at the London South Bank University and graduated as Master of Science. Before that she studied Aviation Management at the International University of Applied Sciences in Bad Honnef where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Before and during her studies she gained valuable work experience with the international airport company Fraport, Lufthansa Passenger Airlines in New York and Lufthansa Cargo in Frankfurt. After her studies she started her career with the international consulting company Accenture and completed projects for several clients in the Aviation industry in Germany and abroad. Since 2011 she is visiting faculty for the MBA Aviation Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt and teaches Strategic Airline and Airport Management in Germany and at a partner university in India. Since 2012 she is a PhD Student at the Chair of Innovation and Technology Management of Prof. Dr. Michael Dowling. Her research focuses on service Innovation.
