Dr. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Robert Fischer is currently working as a Associate Director in the Department of Department od computer science, University of Ulm , Germany. His research interests includes His research concentrates on fast digital transmission including single- and multicarrier modulation techniques. Current interests are information theory, coded modulation, digital communications and signal processing, and especially precoding and shaping techniques for high-rate transmission schemes.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Robert Fischer is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
