Biography
Garth A. C. MacRae is an Independent Director of Uranium Participation Corporation. Mr. MacRae, a Chartered Accountant, became a director of the Corporation in 2005 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has served as a director of Dundee Corporation since 1991 and served as Vice Chairman from 1993 until 2004.
