Biography
Alice McCleary has been Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of UraniumSA Ltd. She is a Chartered Accountant. She is a director of Archer Exploration Ltd, Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Inc (ACHA), ForestrySA, a Councilor of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME), and a member of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants. She is a member of the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC), and recently completed more than a decade of service on the Takeovers Panel. Alice is a member of UraniumSA’s Audit committee.
