Dr. Oliver L. Knöfel is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Civil Law, Viadrina European University , Germany. His research interests includes Civil law, European private law, conflict law (in particular European international treaty and tort law, international treaties of the IPR), international civil procedural law (in particular international decision-making authority, international legal assistance in civilian affairs), arbitration law,. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Oliver L. Knöfel is the member of many international affiliations.
