Dr. Uwe Scheffler is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Criminal Law , Viadrina European University , Germany. His research interests includes Criminal and criminal prosecution reform, traffic criminal law, criminal law, sanctions doctrine, right of main negotiation, defensology, border crime, art and criminal law. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Uwe Scheffler is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Criminal and criminal prosecution reform, traffic criminal law, criminal law, sanctions doctrine, right of main negotiation, defensology, border crime, art and criminal law.
