Charlie Noel> Vice President, International Operations (Costa Rica and China) Mr. Noel holds the role of Vice President, International Operations (Costa Rica and China) having previously Vice President of Operations for MicroVention in 2007. Mr. Noel has extensive experience in the medical device industry with companies such as Abbott Vascular, WL Gore Medical, and Johnson & Johnson. He holds a MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the Charter Oak State College.
