Jean-luc Charlet

Biography

Jean Luc Charlet currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of VitalAire GmbH in Germany in the Healthcare sector, also in charge of the Home Healthcare Northern European cluster. I began my career with Air Liquide in 1980. I was in Tokyo from 1987 in charge of Controlling and Business Development. In 1992 I became a member of the management board of Air Liquide Germany, responsible for West Germany. From 1994 to 2001 I held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Air Liquide in South Africa, covering the industrial and medical activities in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana and Botswana. In 2001 I came back to Europe to Vienna, where I was responsible for the region Austria and central Europe as CEO of Air Liquide based in Vienna. Before joining VitalAire Germany in 2012, I was appointed in 2004 Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide’s subsidiary Schülke & Mayr in the field of disinfection and hygiene. In my current position in Germany, I am exploring the new opportunities in the field of infusion therapies.
