Biography
Dr. Hessa S. Al Jaber has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG since June 22, 2016. Al Jaber was born in Doha, Qatar, in 1959. She graduated from Kuwait University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1981. She was awarded a Master of Science in Computer Science from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., USA, in 1986, and received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the same university in 1990.
