Biography
Michael Ward is Professor of Economics at the University of Texas at Arlington and Research Associate at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in Mannheim. He works in close cooperation with ZEW’s Research Department "Digital Economy". He has been a long term participant in their conferences.
