Cormac Twomey

Biography

Cormac Twomey is the Chief Commercial Officer for Convergys Corporation. He is entirely client focused and responsible for identifying critical customer experience solutions for clients globally across all sectors which include: Automotive, Communications & Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Technology, Travel & Hospitality and Utilities. Cormac joined Convergys in March 2014 and was previously the company’s President of EMEA, overseeing 44 sites in 15 countries, and responsible for identifying critical client-focused solutions across the region. He moved into his current role as Chief Commercial Officer in November 2017. Prior to joining Convergys, Cormac was previously a Managing Director at Stream Global Services and also served as the UK Managing Director for Teletech Holdings. He has deep experience in client services and issue management, executive management, and business development.
