Biography
He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP) and holds a Diploma in Tropical Medicine & Hygiene (DTM&H) from Liverpool, UK. In addition, he holds a Doctorate in Medicine, a Certificate in Family Planning Practice& Administration, and a Diploma in Medicine. Dr. Foleson has consulted for high profile clients including Tri-star Actuarial & Management Consultants Gh. Ltd, Metropolitan Health Insurance Scheme (METCARE), Bank of Ghana, and John Hopkins Programme for International Education in Reproductive Health. He worked for the Ministry of Health as a private medical practitioner. Dr. Foleson has authored and co-authored a lot of publications on Diagnostic and Therapeutic Guidelines, Manuals for Medical Practitioners and Medical Assistants for the National Health Insurance Scheme.
