Philomina Tweneboah Philomina Tweneboah is a fully qualified accountant who had her professional studies from the Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICA-GH) and also holds a bachelor degree in accounting from the University Of Education Winneba. Prior to her promotion to the Chartered Accountant position, Philomina has work with GLICO LIFE as a Cashier and an Accounts Officer and has amassed practical experience in insurance financial management.
