Dr. (mrs) Patricia Owusu-darko


 Dr. Mrs. Patricia Owusu-Darko completed Aburi Girls’ Sec. School. She furthered her Education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology- Ghana, where she had both her Bachelor of Science (honours) degree and Master philosophy of science in Biochemistry. She was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Food science at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom. She became the Head Of Department for the Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management Department of the Polytechnic from 1993 to 2003 and 2010 to 2011. She was the head of the Office of International affairs and international linkages since 2011 to 2016 , where she is vigorously helping to position the Polytechnic as a globally competitive educational brand and extracting benefits for the polytechnic in all its dealings with institutional and other partners.
