Biography

Dr. Charles Apprey is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry and biotechnology, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology , Ghana. His research interests includes investigating the obesogenic food environment, nutrition and physical fitness in school aged children, nutriton assesment of sickle cell children and prisoners.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Charles Apprey is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to investigating the obesogenic food environment, nutrition and physical fitness in school aged children, nutriton assesment of sickle cell children and prisoners..
