Mr. Paul Nartey has over 35 years active practice in Human Resource Management and Development. He is a Human Resource Expert with extens ive international experience in the practice. As a Human Resource Management/ Development Lecturer, he has trained numerous civil/public servants and NGOs across the world. He served as the Managing Consultant (Head of Consultancy Division of GIMPA) from M arch 2009 to 21st January 2011 and carried out a number of consultancy assignments for the public and private sector organizations in Ghana, Kenya, South Sudan, Sierra Leone and The Gambia. He possesses strong experience in organizational reviews, restruct uring and redesign, development of performance management systems, development of HR strategy, job analysis (job descriptions and job specifications), job evaluation, training and consulting advisory services, training and development (needs identification , training assessment, training program design, delivery, implementation and projects evaluation).
