Biography
Mike originally joined 23andMe in 2007 and works to develop the next generation of health products for 23andMe customers. Previously he oversaw and developed many of the 23andMe product's core ancestry features including Ancestry Composition. From 2013-2016, he was assistant professor in biology and computer science at Chapman University. He earned his Ph.D. in evolutionary genomics from Stanford University, as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute predoctoral fellow.
