Biography

Ms Klada is a Research Fellow at ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece and a Human Resources Professional. During the past few years, she has worked in various organizational contexts, in the fields of consulting, entrepreneurship and pharmaceuticals. She holds a BSc in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business as well as an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from ALBA Graduate Business School. Her current research focuses on team formation and functioning in the entrepreneurial context.
