Biography

Mr. Nikos Panopoulos was appointed Chief Network & Supply Chain Officer at WIND Hellas in March 2014. Prior to this, he held the position of Supply Chain & Facilities Management Executive Directorsince April 2012. Mr. Panopoulos has significant professional experience in the Telecommunications sector, having held successfully management positions in Greek corporations. He began his career in 1996 in Intracom SA in the Software Design dpt. In 1999 he moved in Grapes Hellas company undertaking positions of increased responsibility with most important the one of Network Director. In 2002 he continued his professional career in Tellas Telecommunications SA as Network Manager while in 2004 he was promoted to the position of Operations and Maintenance Manager. In 2008 he moved in ON Telecoms undertaking the position of Chief Technology Officer. In 2010 he continued his career in WIND Hellas, in the Technical Department of the company, directing the Fixed Operations dpt while in January 2012 he undertook also the Transport Network dpt. Mr. Nikos Panopoulos holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
