Biography
Eric McAllister is responsible for Avantor's global Human Resources capability, including talent management initiatives, compensation and benefits programs, human resources processes and systems, and organization development activities. McAllister, who joined Avantor in 2017, has more than 25 years of global experience. Prior to joining the company, McAllister served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Westinghouse Electric Company, where he led the global HR and security organizations. In his career prior to Westinghouse, McAllister has held various global HR leadership positions, including Global Vice President of Human Resources for Danaher Corporation’s Communications Platform, Chief HR Officer at Omniture, and Senior Human Resources Director at Microsoft Corporation. McAllister has also held senior HR positions with Motorola Inc. in Japan and in the U.S., and he served in HR consulting roles with Watson Wyatt and Accenture. McAllister earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Anthropology and Japanese from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
