Biography
Voo is Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore and trained primarily in philosophy, with a PhD degree in Bioethics and Medical Jurisprudence. His research interests lies in analysing and critiquing ethical concepts, principles, and frameworks used in regulating areas of bioethics concern. He has published widely in public health; organ transplantation; medical ethics and education; and, research ethics and governance. He is currently researching on family ethics and its intersection with security concepts to guide responses to infectious disease outbreaks.
