Biography
Theodore Economopoulos was born in 1979 in Athens, Greece. He received his BEng in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science (2001) and MEng in Internet Technology (2002) from Aston University, UK. Finally, he received his PhD degree from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2014. His research interests include biomedical technology, medical image processing and visualization, as well as data transmission techniques. He is an experienced C++, C#, Java and Visual Basic programmer. He worked for numerous software companies in the private sector and participated in three EU-funded projects
