Biography
He is specialized in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and neurologic diseases. He is Associate Professor in Rehabilitative Sciences in the University of Bologna, Italy, and he is President of the Course of Physical Therapy in the same University. He is Director of the "Evaluation and Recovery of Working Skills Service", into the Occupational Unit of the Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi Hospital, Bologna, Italy. He is the Past President of the "Italian Society of Physiotherapy" (S.I.F.), and he is an Associate Editor of "Scienza Riabilitativa" and member of the Scientific Board of the "Italian Journal of Physiotherapy".
Research Interest
His fields of interest are Musculoskeletal Disorders and Neurologic Rehabilitation and his scientific activity is focused on the evaluation of some evaluation and intervention tools in many different pathologies, such as low back pain, neck pain, spinal cord injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, chronic airway obstruction, and many others.
