He is President of the Greek National IUGG Committee, Director of the Atmospheric Environment Division of the Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens and Supervisor of the Research Center for Atmospheric Physics and Climatology of the Academy of Athens and other national and international fora.Christos S. Zerefos born in Cairo, Egypt, graduate in Physics from the University of Athens, MSc in Meteorology and Ph.D. in Physics-Meteorology, University of Athens (1973).
