She holds Doctorate degree from Northwestern University in the year 1974. She is Affiliated Investigator in Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens
Research Interest
Her research interest lie in unraveling the mechanisms underlying the impaired regulation of sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca-cycling in heart failure with the aim to provide fundamental mechanistic insights and to identify new therapeutic modalities.
