Biography
She is an Affiliated Investigator of the Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens as well as a member of the British Society for Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes, the Society for Endocrinology, The Endocrine Society, and the Medical Association of Athens. Dr. Charmandari graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaloniki as a valedictorian of her class (highest distinction) in 1988, and completed her specialization in Pediatrics in the UK.
