Biography
Martin serves as the Senior Vice President Finance & Administration. He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from the Technical University Darmstadt. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. Martin started his career as Commercial Director in a German subsidiary representing an American company specialized in analytical instruments and analyzers for the biochemical industry. Furthermore, he has gained a sound understanding of M&A activities and financing during his 10 years in Private Equity dealing with German Small and Medium sized Entities.
