Biography
Ara has over 16 years of experience working in the Life Science sector. Ara studied biotechnology in Sweden, Melbourne University and Stanford Genome Technology Centre where she performed here M.Sc. thesis on Determination of hepatitis C virus genotype by Pyrosequencing which was published at Journal of Virol Methods. After her studies, Ara joined Pyrosequencing in Uppsala, performing method optimization for high-throughput pyrosequencing and robotic sample preparation. In addition, Ara held roles at a number of international biotech companies focusing on the Nordic Market.
