My objective is to deliver world-class performance to leading players in the international FMCG industry. I possess a thorough understanding of strategic management tools and new technology developments, focussing on a long-term profitability and growth vision. I encourage colleagues to participate and take responsibility while supporting them in making better decisions. This leads to a sense of success and achievement allowing each individual to explore his or her full potential. I drive the business forward using objective and target setting, detailed documentation and applying a can-do attitude. I am inspired by a constant curiosity driving me to always seek new knowledge and new angles on existing problems. I find problem solving very stimulating and like to find innovative ways of integrating new knowledge into existing environments.
