Biography
Prof. Myung-Jun Kim has received his M.D. degree in College of Medicine, The Catholic University of Korea Seoul, Korea during the period of 1990 - 1995. Currently, he is working as Professor in the Department of Physiology College of Medicine, The Catholic University of Korea Seoul, Korea. He is serving as a member of several reputed Association like The Korean Society of Physiology, The Korean Diabetes Association, The Korean Society of Endocrinology, Eurpopean Association for the Study of Diabetes etc. He has authored many research articles. His research of interests include Protective mechanism of GLP-1 in islet beta-cells, Role of lipocalin-2 in islet beta-cells, Role of thrmobospondin-1 in vascular smooth muscle cell.
