Leonidas Bobolas

Biography

 Leonidas Bobolas is a Civil Engineer, holder of Master of Science (MSc) from National University of Athens, Greece (NTUA - 1988) He is a member of the Board of Directors of AKTOR S.A., joined the company in 1988 and until 1992 he was holding the position of the Technical Director of major infrastructure projects. In 1992, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of AKTOR S.A. and in 1994 he took over as Managing Director of the company. Since 1999, following the merger of AKTOR S.A. with ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI S.A., and until today, he has been the Managing Director and main shareholder of ELLAKTOR S.A.(former ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI S.A.), while also Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director in various companies of ELLAKTOR Group. More specifically he has been the Managing Director of the company ATTIKI ODOS S.A., since its establishment (1996), Chairman of the BoD of ATTIKES DIADROMES S.A. (since 1999) and Managing Director of ATTIKA DIODIA S.A. (since 2000). Furthermore he is Managing Director of the companies AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A., MOREAS S.A. and AEGEAN MOTORWAY S.A., Vice Chairman of the BoD of OLYMPIA ODOS S.A., Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the company HELECTOR S.A. and its affiliate companies in Greece and abroad (Managing Director of the German company "Herhof GmbH" and the Cypriot company "ΗELECTOR Cyprus Ltd", Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the companies EPADYM S.A., EDADYM S.A., APOTEFROTIRAS S.A., Chairman of the BoD of the company BEAL S.A., Managing Director of the company APOSTIROSI S.A. e.t.c.) while also legal representative - administrator of Joint Ventures in which HELECTOR S.A. participates, in Greece and abroad.
