Biography
Dr. Hui Zuo is a researcher at the Lifestyle Epidemiology Group, Department of Global Public Health and Primary Care, University of Bergen, Norway. He obtained medical training in the Southeast University, China and further received his PhD degree in Epidemiology in the University of Oslo, Norway. He worked at the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, China in 2005-2012. Dr. Zuo’s research interests focus on nutrition epidemiology and nutrition-related chronic diseases including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and obesity.
